Questionshere you know does this align with myvalues does this position whatever itmay be and you talked about bankingversus creativity it sounds to me likeit may not align with your doeswith your interests and you may not finda whole lot of meaning in a banking joband if so now would be a really goodtime to consider not going down thatroad and in pursuing something elsebecause once you get into a positionwhere it you’ve made something yourcareerit becomes very comfortable and asthings get comfortable it’s hard for usto put ourselves and what I call ourdiscomfort zone and and if you’re notuncomfortable from time to time you’regoing to stop growing and careers oftenlong term careers prevent us fromgrowing because on a scale of one to tenwe don’t hate the job like I know evenwhen I had my career for twelve yearsback in in the telecom world andmanaging a whole bunch of employees Ididn’t hate my job there are certainparts that were miserable but overall Iwouldn’t have told you that I hated thejob Briannow what I would have
